There are many clinical conditions that may be considered for referral to Dr. Sajid Jivraj at the Anacapa Dental Art Institute in Ventura, Los Angeles County.
In cases where patients are referred to us, we take to work closely with the referring professionals to ensure that treatment is carried out effectively to the benefit of the patient.
We also maintain close contact with all of our referring doctors so that their patients will resume their treatment with their regular doctors as soon as Dr. Jivraj has completed his part of the treatment plan
Some of these conditions that we accept referral patients for include:
» Patients requiring complex interdisciplinary treatment
» Patients requiring complex implant treatment
» Patients with occlusal deficiencies and or disorders
» Patients with complex esthetic problems and high demands
» Patients requiring full or partial dentures
All cases are assessed in detail and written treatment plans presented to the patient before proceeding with treatment. Dentists are welcome to come and observe phases of treatment on patients they have referred (on condition the patient is agreeable). Upon completion of treatment, where applicable, the referring dentist will be provided with a CD containing images of the entire treatment carried out.
Dr Jivraj is also happy to draw up proposed treatment plans for those dentists wishing to carry out the work themselves. In certain cases (especially implant treatment) dentists can request Dr. Jivraj to treat their patient up to a specific stage following which the dentist may prefer to complete the treatment themselves.
